Where Do I Start?

We always start with a Design Consultation. It provides up to two hours of consulting time at your location. During this collaborative time you will work with a designer who will help you identify what you need and want for your project. We'll give you ideas about where to locate key features, help you understand potential pricing for your project, and help you plan your next steps for creating a space you love for years to come.

Do I Need A Design?

Yes! Your Design gives you and the installer a clear idea of what is going to be installed in your space. Without a clear plan, it will be difficult to know exactly what you are going to have built or added, what materials will be used, how much your costs will be, etc. Your Design shows the features that are going to be added, the materials that are going to be used, what will be installed, and the locations for each item. Having a complete Design will also allow you to get accurate bids for your project - which is a huge asset when planning a renovation project!

How Much Will It Cost?

Each renovation project is unique, however, we can help you navigate the potential costs of your project by sharing our insider knowledge of pricing and material costs. We'll help you create a plan that fits your goals and budget in the best way possible.

Who Will Work On My Installation?

We partner with a great network of licensed Builders and Landscape Contractors, gardeners, and landscape professionals to help you get the best installation for your particular project. We can work to help you match your budget and project needs with the best installers. For small planting jobs we usually recommend a gardener or landscaping professional. For larger installations and projects, we always recommend licensed contractors.

Can I Get Help with Bids?

We offer Bidding Support to help our clients connect with contractors and get multiple bids for their project. We handle phone calls, texts, emails and job walks with each contractor, as well as follow up on receiving bids and final contracts.

Can I Get Support During Construction?

We offer Design & Installation Support to help our clients during the construction and installation portion of their projects. We will be available during business hours to walk you through every step, from the moment the contract is signed to the final walk through.
